How will I know that my order has been
received?
After your order has
passed through our verification checks we will send you a confirmation email
detailing the exact order received.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
The details of your
order will be sent to our warehouse. Once they`ve packaged your order and sent
it out, we`ll send you another email to let you know that it`s on its way. The
timing of this email will depend on the delivery options you`ve chosen and what
you've purchased.
In some cases, you will received a shipping notice for
each product that is shipped, such as some products may ship separately from
others.
How do I track the progress of my order?
Once your order has
left our warehouse, you can track it by CLICKING HERE.
Most orders go
through these 3 phases: Processing - - Sent to
Warehouse - - Shipped.
Once you order, we
carefully check to make sure you're the person using your credit card or other
payment option.
1) While we're doing this, or if we're waiting for you to
send in other forms of payment, your order is Processing. 2) Once we have verified your
payment, your order is Sent to Warehouse to be
fulfilled. 3) If your item is in stock, your order will be Shipped within 24-48 hours.
Order acceptance policy
You Order acceptance
and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the
despatch of the products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do
not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the
instructions.
Non-acceptance of an
order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you
ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to
obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification
of a pricing or product description error
- You not meeting the
eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions
- If there are any
problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services
Representatives.
We reserve the right
to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time

Order Return/Cancellation
Policy:
Cancelled orders are
subject to a restocking fee up to 25% of the original purchase price. Special
order items may not be cancelled. Orders may not be cancelled once they have
been shipped. Returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of delivery. Returns
will not be accepted on any items that have been used, modified, installed,
painted, or damaged. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are
non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements and cost.
ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST RECIEVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM Silver
Image and must have a valid RMA number.
